Downs syndrom

Yes, I can - ishockey

Karins musik!

MusikPosted by Linda Sat, March 21, 2015 19:41:37

Alabama

MusikPosted by Linda Thu, November 18, 2010 09:26:00

Bruce Carroll

MusikPosted by Linda Thu, June 18, 2009 19:45:56

They were so excited it was coming to be
Two people so in love...now soon there would be three
For many years they'd planned it
Now it would soon be true
She was picking out the pink clothes
He was looking at the blue

The call came unexpected
The doctor had bad news
Some tests came back and things weren't right
He said, "You're going to have to choose
I'll wait a week for your decision"
Then the words cut like a knife:
"I'm sure everyone will understand
If you want to end it's life"

Though they were badly shaken
They just had no choice
They knew God creates no accidents
And they were sure they had His voice saying

Sometimes miracles hide
God will wrap some blessings in disguise
You may have to wait this lifetime
To see the reasons with your eyes
'Cause sometimes miracles hide

It seemed before they knew it
The appointed day arrived
With eager apprehension
They could barely hold inside
The first time they laid eyes on her
Confirmed the doctor's fears
But they held on to God's promises
'Cause they were sure they both could hear

Though she was not like the other girls
They thought she was the best
And through all the years of struggle
Neither whispered one regret
On the first day that she started school
And took her first bus ride
They remembered the words that God had spoke
And they both broke down and cried

See, to them it did not matter
Why some things in life take place
They just knew the joy they felt
When they looked into her face
They learned

Sometimes miracles hide
They say, "God has wrapped our blessing in disguise
We may have to wait this lifetime
To see the reasons with our eyes
But we know sometimes miracles hide

Ben Lee

MusikPosted by Linda Fri, May 29, 2009 21:17:32

I woke up this morning, I suddenly realised
We're all in this together
I started smiling, 'Cause you were smiling
And we're all in this together
I'm made of atoms, You're made of atoms
And we're all in this together.
And long division just doesn't matter
'Cause we're all in this together...yeah

I saw you walking, In the city
We're all in this together
The city's changing, cause we are changing
and we're all in this together
every 12 seconds, someone remembers
that we're all in this together
In the kitchen of your rent control apartment
we're all in this together

come on baby i don't mean to rush you. I only wanted to reach out and touch you, I've got to start to open my heart

I know you think about jumping ship before it sinks
but we are all in this together
ask a scientist, it's quantum physics
we are all in this together
and on the subway we feel like strangers
but we're all in this together
yeah i love you and you love her and she loves him
But we're all in this together

You know baby there's never been protection, and all the history of human connection, come on darling its alright to show me, you dont ever need to be lonely, once you start to open your heart

I saw you crying, I started crying
cause we're all in this together
and then religion is a big decision
but we're all in this together

we are all in this together

One Inch Punch

MusikPosted by Linda Sat, May 23, 2009 11:45:47

Is there something wrong with me? Is there a kick me sign that I can't see? Is there something wrong with you? You like me but your hate shines through. There's a game that lets us down. And when it's played, I know I've found that the player will suffer Karma's fate. There is nothing we can gain from hate.

Words used so loosely can form a grip. Roll a stone and on its moss you'll trip. Now the plant has grown. You must feed what you have sown.

Is there something wrong with me? Is there a kick me sign that I can't see? Is there something wrong with you? You like me but your hate shines through. There's a game that lets us down. And when it's played, I know I've found that the player will suffer Karma's fate. There is nothing we can gain from hate.

So, you build it up, then tear it down. And the wind will blow on your negative frown. So, be cautious as it will remain. As jealous hatred is your source of pain.

Words used so loosely can form a grip. Roll a stone and on its moss you'll trip. Now the plant has grown. You must feed what you have sown. Words used so loosely can form a grip. You're not so free that you won't trip. Now the seed that you've sown must be shared if it is to grow.

Grey Daze

MusikPosted by Linda Sun, April 26, 2009 12:57:24

The Down Syndrome - Grey Daze

People turn around
People let you down
Anywhere you go
Anyone you see
It's real
It's up to you to make it happen
It's up to you to make it real
And you know how it feels
To bleed some, to need some
Tell me what you know
Tell me how you feel
It doesn't matter when you're down
And when you look at me with your eyes
That smile on your face it seems happy
Are you happy?

World Down Syndrome Day

MusikPosted by Linda Sat, March 21, 2009 20:02:32

21 3
